Yesterday we celebrated Jimmy's 33rd birthday! He was able to work a half day, which allowed us to take the kids swimming in the 'backyard' and make dinner together (Risotto, at the request of Caleb). I ordered a little cake for Jimmy from a cake shop nearby - Chocolate cake with Dulce de Leche (they call it 'manjar' here) swirled throughout, and covered in chocolate curls. Yummy.
